Unlike trees cut months before and shipped long distances into the state, "Indiana Fresh" brand trees arrive fresh at the market only days after being cut. More than 500,000 Christmas trees are harvested by Indiana Christmas tree growers per year.

Each year, 35 million American families bring a natural Christmas tree into their homes to become the warm and friendly loving center of the Christmas celebration. Selecting a fresh, Indiana grown tree will enhance the tradition and safety (not to forget the environmentally friendly) enjoyment of the holiday season.

Christmas Tree farmers and FedEx are donating trees and transportation to say "Thank You" to our troops and to make their holidays a little brighter. Last year, the Trees for Troops program donated almost 17,000 real Christmas trees to US troops located worldwide.
